A quaint cottage with a wrap-around deck looking straight out over North Sandy Pond. The sunrises are the thing guests come back for. It sits just over the walking bridge from the parking lot, a few minutes on foot from Sandy Island Beach, with a fire pit for the evenings and a canoe and kayak to take out on the pond.

Good to know: the cottage is reached by a short walk over a footbridge (about two minutes from the parking lot) and isn’t suitable for anyone unable to walk in. Well water; some guests prefer bottled.

Fully renovated in 2023 — everything inside is new. A waterfront cottage with a large screened-in porch facing North Sandy Pond, a fire pit and outdoor dining in the yard, and a dock out front for your boat (water level permitting). Room for the whole family, a short walk from Sandy Island Beach.
